• Microsoft 365, which hosts our email.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Suppliers and subcontractors, where they need details to carry out work on your project.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they are required to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. Where we carry out work for you, we keep project records for as long as needed to meet our contractual, legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
